How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped.

Standard domestic delivery times through Australia Post are usually 2-6 business days (or up to 21 days for regional/remote areas)

Do you offer international shipping? 

We do not currently offer international shipping.

What is your return policy? 

I only accept returns if there is a defect or damage to the product when you receive it. If you receive your item damaged, please send photos showing the damage or defect and I can then arrange a refund or replacement. I do not accept change of mind returns. Please be sure before you make your purchase.

To return an item, email me at emmy@emmyhorley.com.au with your Order Number and return reason and I will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

You are responsible for shipping charges incurred during the return process.

After receiving your item and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
